Dolcetti - Artisan Italian Cookies

Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of photographing (and sampling!) a new line of Italian nut cookies by Chef Daniele Carsano, Owner of Boccondoro in Walnut Creek. 
His gluten- and dairy-free nut cookies come in four flavors of natural deliciousness - macadamia coconut, pistachio, almond, and hazelnut chocolate.
These cookies are handmade with quality, local ingredients, and they are so worth the calories. Keep your eyes out, as Dolcetti cookies are coming soon to East Bay farmers markets. Mangia!
